Los estudiantes tienen acceso a laboratorios, talleres, bibliotecas areas de descanso así como estudios profesionales de distintos tipos según las plantas. El proyecto desarrolla la creación del esqueleto entre las tres partes del edificio, cediéndoselo a los estudiantes. Combinando la experiencia de los profesionales, el conocimiento obtenido de los laboratorios, los estudiantes crearán modulos anclados en el esqueleto del hueco del edificio. Esto dará lugar a un oranismo vivo y cambiante de semetre en semestre. En la planta baja se encuentra el taller responsable de la producción de los módulos. Dos gruas permiten el transporte de los módulos al lugar correcto en el edificio.
Esta solución crea unas oportunidades de aprendizaje práctico y permite que surjan nuevas idea. Los estudiantes deben estar frente a gran cantidad de problemas. Deberán adaptar el proyecto a la localización, calcular la estructura, seleccionar materiales, dotar al módulo de buenas conexiones entre módulos sin olvidar la función. Todo bajo la supervisión de expertos en cada campo.
